IMPORTANT: By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products. These Terms include a binding indemnification clause and limitation of liability.

1. Company Identity

Summit Compounds LLC ("Summit Compounds," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company registered and in good standing. We operate exclusively as a supplier of research-grade chemical compounds intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. We are not a pharmacy, compounding facility, medical provider, or healthcare distributor.

2. Research Use Only — Binding Restriction

ALL products sold by Summit Compounds LLC are intended STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for laboratory research and analytical scientific purposes. These products are NOT intended for, and must NOT be used for: (a) human consumption or administration in any form; (b) animal consumption or administration; (c) clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use; (d) any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

Products are sold as lyophilized powder or solution for research use only, labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. These materials are not drugs, dietary supplements, or consumer products.

3. Eligibility — Age and Professional Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Summit Compounds LLC. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized representative of a research institution; (c) you have the legal authority to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction; and (d) your intended use is solely for legitimate laboratory or scientific research.

Summit Compounds LLC complies with New York's 2025 law banning the sale of performance-related supplements to minors, and all similar state regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe violates age or professional requirements.

4. No Health or Therapeutic Claims

Summit Compounds LLC makes no claims that any product prevents, treats, cures, or mitigates any disease, condition, or health issue. No product on this website has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

5. Customer Indemnification — READ CAREFULLY

By purchasing from Summit Compounds LLC, you agree to fully INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS Summit Compounds LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: (a) your purchase or use of any product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any use of products for purposes other than legitimate research; (e) any third-party claims arising from your use of products. This indemnification survives termination of your relationship with Summit Compounds LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUMMIT COMPOUNDS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to: (a) use products for human or animal consumption or administration; (b) resell products for human use or consumption; (c) represent products as approved drugs or supplements; (d) purchase products for anyone under 18 years of age; (e) violate any applicable federal, state, or local law; (f) make therapeutic, health, or medical claims in connection with our products; (g) import or export products in violation of applicable law.

8. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase and use of our products complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Summit Compounds LLC makes no representation that products are legal to purchase or possess in your location. It is your responsibility to verify legality before ordering.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical compounds, all sales are final. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, degraded, or materially different from their description. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns of opened products. Contact us at hello@summitlabco.org.

10. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Cold-chain requirements are your responsibility upon receipt — store all lyophilized peptides at -20°C or per your research protocol.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, and product descriptions is the property of Summit Compounds LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Summit Compounds LLC.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
